Sayu est le nom d\u2019une forme fondamentale de N\u00f4 o\u00f9 Ma\u00efte (le danseur) tourne d’abord vers la gauche, puis vers la droite et encore une fois vers la gauche. Si ce mouvement est ex\u00e9cut\u00e9 correctement, le danseur peut cr\u00e9er une harmonie entre la force centrifuge (yang) et la force centrip\u00e8te (yin). Dans ce mouvement se trouve l’essence de la danse et des arts martiaux.<\/p>\n
